Antler Crafts

Antler Ceiling Fan Pull Chains

When it comes to antler crafts, this particular project is simple to do and makes good use of any small, shed antlers, you may have found.

Using a hacksaw or a table saw, cut 3 to 4 inches off of the sheds.

Drill approximately 1/2 to 3/4 inch down into the center of the antlers.

Put the pull chain down into the hole and then put super glue or epoxy around the chain and allow it to set up.

If you are using epoxy, it is usually best to first put that into the hole, then put the chain in.

You can go to a hardware store and buy a bag of axillary chain which comes with several clips.

This way you can cut the chains at the lengths you want and they do not cost as much as buying the precut chains.
